Children under the age of 4 have free entry.
Secure your entry by booking your tickets online.
Tickets are non-refundable, but rebooking is possible.
Vouchers must be redeemed online before the event.
As a private museum, we do not participate in “free museum Sunday”.
Visit
The museum is open daily, all year round, except on December 25th and January 1st.
We recommend that you bring your camera and install the Artivive app on your smartphone for an optimal experience.
Our trained team is there to answer any questions you may have and will be happy to help you with your photography.
It will take you about 60 minutes to visit the entire museum and try out the individual illusions.
Lockers and a cloakroom for coats and small bags are available.
Please leave food and drinks at home, as eating and drinking is not allowed here.

Some exhibits are not suitable for visitors with epilepsy.
Some exhibits may affect pregnancy.
Pets
Small dogs are welcome in bags.
Of course, assistance animals can also accompany you.

We offer guided tours in German, English, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Turkish, Greek and Portuguese.
